Events

The main Events planned and run by the Society are Continuing Professional Education workshops/forums and the Annual General Meeting. Check back here in a week or two for our 2021 Calendar of CPE Workshops and Forums.

From time to time special events such as a Social Work Conference or a Quarterly Forum are held to bring SPSW members and their colleagues together to exchange ideas and network with each other.

News Flash!! The Society’s AGM was held on Tuesday 24 November, 2020 at  Northbridge Hotel Function Room, 210 Lake St, Northbridge. Read here for the changes to the Board positions.

‘In the Loop’ E-newsletter – The Society has also published an e-newsletter, initially the WA Social Work News, and then – ‘In the Loop’ from 2003 til today. They detail the latest developments, activities & interesting news items.
