In order to qualify as a Fellow of the Society, a member must accrue at least 100 CPE points during a given membership year and provide an SPSW CPE log. At least 50% of the points accrued must come from attending face to face training or engaging in post graduate education.
For those in remote areas for their entire membership year, 35% of their CPE points will need to be accrued from face to face training.

CPE Logs
Members are required to keep their CPE logs for at least 3 years as 5% of the membership will be audited annually to ensure that they have undertaken the required CPE to qualify for recognition as a Fellow of SPSW.

CPE Activities
At time of membership renewal members must provide SPSW with a statutory declaration that they have completed the required CPE. Points may be accrued in at least 3 of the 9 separate categories as set out in the table below.
